I have taken advantage of the opportunity to put together the important elements of my notebook and to utilize the richness of the web to improve it's appearance and usability.

The management portfolio is a collection of my thoughts to help give readers a window into how I manage teams. If it seems corny or sappy you should know that I am not a proponent of those motivational propaganda posters you see in advertisements in the in-flight magazine or around some offices.  I just wanted to pretty things up a bit and add visuals that express what I feel. The text for this Web site is my original work and copyrighted.
